Lloyd Schwed, from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, is the Founder, President and Managing Partner of the AV-rated litigation law firm, Schwed Kahle & Kress, P.A. He founded the firm almost eight years ago for the purpose of serving institutional clients and individuals through Florida. The firm currently has four offices located in Palm Beach, Orlando, Miami and Tampa.
Schwed, Kahle & Kress is privileged to have represented a wide range of respected insurance companies, corporations and individuals including Lincoln Financial Group, Wells Fargo, Zurich North America, AIG, ACE USA, The Hartford, Catlin, Hiscox, Alterra, Markel, Philadelphia Insurance Company, Northern Trust, American General Securities Inc., among others. Schwed earned his Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University in 1981 and then his Juris Doctorate from the Washington University School of Law in 1985.
Schwed is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
